City Council: The Russians struck the center of Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region

The invaders hit the central part of Kramatorsk. So far, it is known about one person killed.

"The strike hit the central part of the city. There are casualties. Experts of explosive services, and rescuers are working on the site," the City Mayor Oleksandr Honcharenko.
